Ebrahim K. Kanoo, in partnership with The General Directorate of Traffic (GDT), has launched technical examination centres for Toyota and Lexus vehicles at the Toyota Plaza in Tubli and Toyota Service Centre in Arad.
This initiative is in line with the Interior Ministry’s privatisation directives to facilitate services for the public and ease the workload of the directorate.
GDT trained technicians are available at both locations, with Toyota Plaza in Tubli open seven days a week from 7am to 6 pm and the Arad Service Centre open every day except Friday, from 7am to 6pm.
Senior Manager for Service at Ebrahim K. Kanoo Mr. Ebrahim Akbar, thanked the General Directorate of Traffic and highlighted the importance of the facility commenting, “Ebrahim K. Kanoo has been a long standing partner of the General Directorate of Traffic and we thank them for their unwavering trust in our capabilities to deliver the highest level of service and support the Ministry of Interior in their efforts to ease congestion on the main vehicle registration centre. These dedicated facilities are aligned with the company’s mission to provide all Toyota and Lexus customers with the best services from purchase to aftersales, and now even to the annual registration process.”
Both facilities are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and will offer a Sadad machine for payment of contraventions as well as the Traffic Self-service Stand provided by the GDT. Vehicle insurance can also be purchased on site with representatives from major insurance firms available at the locations.
During Ramadan, Toyota Plaza in Tubli and Toyota Service Centre in Arad will remain open every day from 7am to 3pm, and after Iftar from 8:30pm to 11:30pm. For more information, customers can visit Toyota.com.bh/Service-Centers
